Most office monitors between 24 and 32 inches fall well inside the HUANUO’s 17.6 lb limit, and it includes both a C-clamp and grommet mount, so it fits most desks.
Gas-spring tension is adjustable. Desks with a thick lip or a crossbar under the edge can complicate clamp mounting, so check yours.
The LX handles screens the budget arms can’t: ultrawides up to 34 inches, curved panels and monitors up to 25 lb, with very smooth, stable movement.
It has a 7 lb minimum, so very light monitors may drift, and it costs considerably more.
Start with the monitor’s weight and size from its spec sheet, then check your desk edge.
HUANUO up to 17.6 lb; Ergotron 7–25 lb.
HUANUO 13–32 in; Ergotron up to 34 in, flat or curved.
Both offer clamp and grommet; check desk thickness and any crossbar.
Both are 75×75 / 100×100.
Its build and movement are smoother and it handles heavier, wider screens. For a typical 27-inch monitor, HUANUO does the job for less.
Only if it is 32 inches or smaller and under 17.6 lb. Most 34-inch ultrawides need the Ergotron LX or similar.
7 to 25 lb.
Yes, 75×75 or 100×100 mm for both arms, or a VESA adapter for your monitor.
